We’ve been sitting on some wine.

Some of it for years.

Not because we forgot about it, although that’s probably happened too.

But we’ve always liked seeing what happens when American wine gets a bit more time, and our wine club gives us a reason to start opening some of those bottles back up.

Older vintages, current releases, small-production wines, and the occasional thing that never really makes it onto the website.

Two shipments a year. 6 or 12 bottles.

Spring and Fall. That’s the rhythm.

We choose the wines, you get the box.

Part of the fun for us is being able to put together a shipment that makes sense as a whole, rather than asking you to build a cart twice a year.

The old bottles are the fun part.

We’ve made a lot of wine since 2011, and we didn’t sell every bottle the minute it was ready.

There are wines here we haven’t tasted in years. There are wines we know are in a really good place now. And probably a few surprises too.

We’re not promising every shipment will be a museum tour. But being able to mix older bottles with what we’re making now is a big part of why we’re excited about doing the club this way.

That feels more interesting to us than just sending you some bottles twice a year.
